High-end custom bar with integrated dual-zone wine fridge. Event-used only, near-new condition, and sourced from a luxury office suite undergoing a larger upgrade.

Custom solid wood construction with a finished front and back, architectural bar top with overhang, integrated foot rail, drawers, shelving, hanging stemware storage, bottle storage, and two locking liquor cabinets. Two complete sets of keys are included to keep staff and children out.

Integrated Twin Star dual-zone wine refrigerator, model CW-68FDT-TS. The upper zone is designed for white wine and cooler temperatures, while the lower zone is designed for red wine and drier storage. The unit is ETL listed and can be used as built-in or freestanding.

Cold-weather transport note: if delivered or stored in cold temperatures, allow the unit to acclimate to room temperature before plugging in to protect internal components.

Bartender work area is 48 inches long with 12 inches of vertical clearance from the work surface to the bar top. The recessed prep carve-out area is 9 inches deep, creating a prep surface measuring 48 x 9 inches.

There are two locking liquor cabinets, each measuring 24 inches high by 12 inches wide, with full-height shelving at 24 inches. Two full sets of keys are included.

Wine Cooler

Dimensions are 24 inches wide, 24 inches deep, and 43 inches high.

This bar is extremely heavy and substantial and was designed for permanent placement, not frequent moving.

The top bar section will be removed for transport to allow easier handling and doorway clearance. With the top removed, the unit can fit through standard residential doorways. The bar will be wrapped in moving blankets and fully shrink-wrapped for protection during transport.

Shipping

Door-to-door delivery is available for $350 within a 30-mile radius. Delivery is to front door or ground level only. The item will not be carried inside. Buyer is responsible for final interior placement. Professional movers or multiple people are recommended due to size and weight.
